EXCELLENT!
Dr. Traci and all of her staff maintain a standard of excellence at every level, from the warm reception area to the examination and prognosis (and of course the dental work itself!), and to the payment process by: keeping a patient-sensitive pace, respectfully listening to (and accommodating) my issues. The staff is clearly team-oriented, respectful, kind, and personable among themselves and also toward their patients. The environment is clean, bright, and inviting. Did I mention my crown and filling are perfect??!!

From the moment I walked in, until the time that I left, each member of Dr. Portnoff's staff handled every aspect of my visit with full attention and professionalism. Everyone was friendly and explained everything fully. They know how to make "a visit to the dentist" a pleasant experience.

 Fantastic Dentist and Fantastic Practice
Dr. Portnoff and her staff have gotten absolutely everything right. Computerized notification systems - cutting edge technology for safe treatment and proactive, preventative screenings - an ultra friendly atmosphere - a very clean environment - and a staff and doctor that take the utmost of time to make sure they've addressed any concerns and questions you had... even those you weren't previously aware that you had ;) However, none of the attention to detail is at the expense of a wait. Really good planning keeps the office running smooth and you're in and out when you're expecting to be. This is the way every office, medical or otherwise, should be run... and the way every doctor should approach the very serious business of tending to a community's health and well-being! Wonderful!

 Dr. Portnoff et al
I have been a patient of Dr. Portnoff's for many years. I took a short break when my mother passed away. Upon returning to Dr. Portnoff's office I discovered a few changes in staff, however, the staff was still professional, competent and exceeded my expectations. Each one of Dr. Portnoff's staff go out of their way to make a dental visit a pleasant experience. I leave her office with confidence knowing I am in good hands. I would recommend Dr. Portnoff to everyone!

 Best Experience
After years of growing up and not alot of luck with dentists. I could not believe the personal attention and understanding that I received from Dr. Portnoff and her staff. I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and recommendations I received. It was actually the first time I felt I could trust what I was hearing. I have a long road ahead from years of hesitation going to the dentist, but knowing that I'm going in the right direction now, makes me "smile". (Well, maybe alittle more after my teeth are fixed.)

Save gas & stay local!
The reason for my switch in dentists after more than 10 years was to find someone local. A friend introduced me to Traci Portnoff's and she was even more thorough and professional than what was explained! The treatment I got from the moment I walked in was outstanding. The oral screening for cancer, photos, tooth-by-tooth and gum-by-gum exam and explanation was something I had never experienced in a dental office in my 50+ years!! Traci was such a delight that I have already recommended her to three people and will continue to do so. Why should anyone drive a distance and spend money on gas when we have an outstanding and innovative dentist like Traci Portnoff in our back yard??

 Not your average dentist.
Great team of professionals who approach a dental visit in an easy, friendly, upbeat manner. Puts me at ease, makes me feel like I'm a family member, not trying to sell me anything and everything. Excellent discussion of the situation, what needs to be done and what does not need to be done. All I could ask for in a dentist.

 Exellent service, professional competent staff, relaxed atmosphere
This is the first dentist office I've been to where I have not felt rushed through an appointment. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing you don't even really feel you are going to the dentist. The front staff, hygienists, and Dr. Portnoff are incredibly friendly, not to mention extremely competent. I was able to get my husband to go for an appointment - and he typically avoids the dentist at all cost. He came home saying it was a great experience - which says a lot about Dr. Portnoff's practice.

 Love Dr Portnoff & her staff!
My former dentist... sold her practice to Traci Portnoff. My lucky day! Traci and her entire staff are warm, caring, knowledgeable and the office is state of the art. I've had Invisalign with much success as well as routine cleanings and excellent service there. As a fellow business owner I notice and appreciate the extra touches and quality care. I now look forward to going to the dentist!
